Refund / Cancellation & Postponement / Rescheduling policies for Training bookings
Online Self- Paced Training
Substitutions are not allowed for online self-paced courses even if the course has not begun. Courses that have been started, regardless of completion, are unable to be transferred or refunded.
Instructor Led Classroom or Virtual classroom & Onsite training Refund policy
A cancellation notice is required for Instructor led classroom or Virtual classroom & Onsite training. Please contact us via email prior to your class start date, in order to cancel or reschedule. Refund policy explained below.
Cancellation/No show policy:
- Any cancellation within 24 business hours from the course start time will be liable to pay a cancellation fee, which will be 80% of course fee per head (for classroom courses) & 80% of the total quoted amount (for onsite courses).
- Any cancellation within 48 business hours from the course start time will be liable to pay a cancellation fee, which will be 50% of course fee per head (for classroom courses) & 50% of the total quoted amount (for onsite courses).
- No show up of attendee on course date without prior cancellation or notification will be liable to pay a cancellation fee, which will be 100% of course fee per head (for classroom courses) & 100% of the total quoted amount (for onsite courses).
Postponement/Rescheduling policy:
- Any postponement/rescheduling within 24 business hours from the course start time will be liable to pay a cancellation fee, which will be 80% of course fee per head for classroom courses plus 100% of the course fee for new booking & 80% of the total quoted amount for onsite courses plus 100% of the course fee for new booking.
- Any postponement/rescheduling within 48 business hours from the course start time will be liable to pay a cancellation fee, which will be 50% of course fee per head for classroom courses plus 100% of the course fee for new booking & 50% of the total quoted amount for onsite courses plus 100% of the course fee for new booking.
Exception for Manual Handling Instructor course bookings
- Any cancellation/ rescheduling/ postponement within 72 business hours from the course start time, will be liable to pay a cancellation fee, which will be €500 per head.
- No show up policy remains unaltered, which is 100% of course fee per head (for classroom courses) & 100% of the total quoted amount (for onsite courses).
Exception for Home Ergonomics
- Any cancellation/ rescheduling/ postponement within 72 business hours from the course start time, will be liable to pay 100% of course fee per head.
- As the assessment has a strict duration of 30 minutes a late attendance will mean the session will be cancelled and will have to be re-booked at the full fee. There is a 5 minute grace period, however if this is not met the accessor will cancel the session.
- No show up policy remains unaltered, which is 100% of course fee per head.
