This course is a legislative requirement for managers/supervisors in the food industry, This course covers the same headings as levels 1 & 2 but it goes into more detail in each heading. Level 1 & 2 need to be completed before this course is started.

Prerequisites

HACCP Level 1 & 2 need to be completed before attending Level 3 practicals.
