Olive Safety provides a comprehensive specific purpose Manual Handling Instruction certificate course, which will equip the learner with the knowledge, skill and competence to effectively design and deliver manual handling training in the workplace.

As a qualified instructor within your organisation, you would then be able to provide the training in either of the 2 following formats

Option 1. Full instructor lead training which would take from 3.5 to 4rs. This would require the trainer to provide the full training to the staff members

Option 2. Blended learning approach. This could be provided as follows.

• The staff members would firstly take an online training course (duration approx 45 mins) that can be done on any mobile device or desktop computer.
• This would then be followed by the trained Instructor completing a short practical assessment with the staff members (duration approx 15 to 20 mins for a group of 5 ). We can supply this online training via our online learner management system Academy HQ at a cost of €40 per person. The online management system would be provided at no extra cost.

*Please Note: 99% of companies that have an in house trainer use option 2 as it drastically reduces the training time and hence the staff downtime. It also allows the training of individuals on an ad-hoc bases to be much more efficient.
