Fire Safety

Course Details: Online or Classroom.

The Fire Safety training course is designed to raise awareness of fire hazards within the work environment and to provide participants with the knowledge to protect themselves.

Objective:
On completion of the course participants will be able to:

• Understand the chemistry of fire
• Understand the difference between the various classes of fire extinguishers and their use
• Identify potential fire risks within there own work environment
• Use in a practical sense portable fire extinguishers on all classes of fire
• Understand the requirement for emergency procedures and the action to be taken in an emergency
• Conduct emergency evacuation drills with there own work environment

We now offer Fire Training online. Designed by Olive Safety, featuring qualified instructors, and delivered by professional presenters through an interactive platform. A practical demonstration of fire extinguishers is incorporated into the course, where all participants get the opportunity to discharge a fire extinguisher on an active fire.
